SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping times vary depending on the size of your order, however all in stock items will be shipped within two business days and should arrive with you within 2 days of dispatch.
For deliveries we use trusted companies and we ensure that all items are sent via recorded, tracked and insured delivery.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We have a 14 day returns policy, which means you have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags and packaging intact and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at returns@theboxhomestyling.co.uk with RETURN as the subject line of the email.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returns postage is NOT covered by us. We recommend using a fully insured and tracked service to ensure we receive you returned items quickly and securely.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Every order is packaged with love and care, all orders are also inspected at the time of packaging.
Whilst mistakes are very uncommon, some things are beyond our control. Please inspect your items upon receipt of your order and contact us within 24 hours if an item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to make an exchange is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a new separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
If approved, you will be automatically, refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 10 working business days for your bank or credit card company to process your refund.
